BRE‑LAK
Pre-patent phase. Full exclusive formula, all practical measurement results, and all manufacturing and sales rights available for acquisition.
Executive Summary
BRE-LAK Powder is a completely unique, environmentally friendly additive that radically transforms the properties of construction materials and opens a new dimension in global disaster protection. The product is not yet under patent protection — the complete, exclusive formula, all practical measurement results to date, and all manufacturing and sales rights are available for acquisition as a package. Our goal is for the invention to enter the global market with the help of a well-capitalised partner.
The Solution & Product Uniqueness
BRE-LAK Powder's primary physical property is perfect water repulsion. The material does not react with water in any way, while possessing extraordinary adhesion to all other surfaces. Thanks to these properties, it can be applied immediately in two enormous global markets:
Construction Revolution — Sand-Free Lightweight Concrete
By mixing cement, polystyrene beads, water and just 5 kg/m³ of BRE-LAK Powder, a liquid lightweight concrete is created that can be poured into any custom mould. Its weight is one tenth of traditional concrete (230–250 kg/m³ vs. 2,400–2,500 kg/m³). The material is inherently an excellent thermal and acoustic insulator, breathable and vapour-permeable (does not mould), completely fireproof, and keeps rodents away.
Environmental & Disaster Protection Shield
When it reaches the water surface, it stops the spread of marine oil slicks and binds the oil into a dense, collectable mass. When collection does not begin in time and the mass reaches critical weight, it sinks to the bottom and remains there without dissolving — it can be collected later. The recovered mass can be burned in industrial furnaces to produce high-efficiency thermal energy. After burning, the BRE-LAK Powder remains but loses its properties and can still be used as filler material in road foundations or concrete.
Mobile Fire Barrier Wall
When used as a mobile fire barrier wall, it stops the unpredictable spread of forest fires caused by wind shifts. As a mobile fence it protects residential areas, farm buildings, etc. After the fire passes, it can be dismantled and stored. The 2m × 2m × 12cm panel is light enough to be carried by hand. The panel shown in the video is 25 cm thick. In areas where houses regularly burn down — from California to Southern Europe — lightweight multi-storey fire-resistant buildings constructed from BRE-LAK lightweight concrete offer a lasting solution: buildings made this way are inherently fireproof, thermally and acoustically insulated, vapour-permeable and thermal-bridge-free.
Lightweight Concrete Applications
Our material in a plastic state, sprayed 3–4 cm thick onto the steel beams of tower blocks, perfectly protects them from the harmful effects of any possible fire. Because our material is lightweight, it also meets today's architectural requirements. Lightweight structural panel houses can be designed and built with it. The proven rapid construction of residential blocks returns — with the difference that the houses built this way are thermally and acoustically insulated in their material, vapour-permeable, free of thermal bridges, and fireproof.
Proven & Measurable Results
The effectiveness of the invention is verified by video recordings and measurements taken under real conditions:
Extreme Fire Resistance Test
In a measurement carried out in a natural environment, a BRE-LAK material only 4 cm thick was heated with a direct 900°C gas flame. According to the dual measuring instrument, during two minutes while the 900°C gas burner flame raged on the outside, the temperature inside the sample did not rise and remained safe. The material did not burn.
Infrastructure Durability
Tested as motorway noise barrier walls, the material withstands UV radiation, winter frost, and even summer surface temperatures of 55–60°C. It does not soften, does not crumble — instead it becomes harder and stronger as the years pass.
Restoring Original Condition – Structural Preservation
With BRE-LAK powder, waterproof concrete can be produced — suitable for foundations, underground garage construction, solving the problems of water-flooded buildings, and displacing water. In the Benelux countries where water accumulates under houses, flooded basements can be restored to a reusable condition.
Business Offer & Partnership Terms
Since the BRE-LAK Powder project has been entirely self-financed to date, no external capital or investors have been involved. To accelerate market entry, we are seeking a partner in the following structure:
Full Sale of Formula & Intellectual Property
The buyer acquires the exact chemical/material composition of BRE-LAK Powder, the dosing technology, and the manufacturing know-how.
Patent Rights
Since the material is not yet under patent protection, the buyer is entitled to initiate the global patent process in their own name — thereby acquiring a global market monopoly.
Market Potential & Return
The global spread of BRE-LAK Powder will drive significant growth in cement sales. It provides an excellent alternative to traditional brick and to flammable, environmentally polluting external polystyrene insulation. Its application areas range from steel-framed multi-storey residential buildings, recording studios, floating solar panel supports and houseboats, to state disaster protection orders. The marine and river segment holds particularly strong potential: immediate response to oil spills on the open sea, rivers and harbours; containment of tanker accident consequences; and protection of coastal and riverside infrastructure against industrial oil pollution.
